Routine Genius opened in early 2026. The premise is simple: AI shouldn't need a data center to help you get better.

After years of watching software send everyone's life to the cloud, we built the studio we wanted to use ourselves. Tools that train with you, stay private, and work wherever you are.

We start with the user, not the model. We ship products with a point. We refuse to bolt 'AI-powered' onto things that don't need it.
How we build

A predictable shape, around unpredictable problems.

Two weeks of research and scope. We leave with a clear product hypothesis and the constraints that matter.

Many directions before the one. We invest most of our taste here, when changes still cost nothing.

Two‑week cycles. Real code in real environments, with the model running locally from day one.

Performance budgets, motion details, copy passes. The unfashionable work that turns a working product into one that feels right.
