By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Routine Genius grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use our products for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.
This license does not grant you any right to: (a) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our apps (except to the limited extent permitted by applicable law); or (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices.
If you obtain our applications through the Apple App Store, your use is additionally subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls with respect to your use of the applications.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (collectively, the "Content"), are owned by Routine Genius or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are transferred to you.
"Routine Genius," "Cipher," "RIG," and the Routine Genius logo are trademarks of Routine Genius LLC.
Our fitness products (including RIG) are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.
Our products are not designed for use in emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Our language learning products (including Cipher) are provided for educational purposes. Translations, scenarios, and language guidance are provided as‑is and we make no representations regarding their accuracy or fitness for specific real‑world use cases. Do not rely on Cipher for legal, medical, or safety‑critical translation needs.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON‑INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR‑FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROUTINE GENIUS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Routine Genius and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) will survive.
